1. Our Service

Our software provides businesses with tools to create, manage and maintain invoices and related business information, including:

• Download PDF invoices
• Manage business information

2. User Accounts

When creating and using an account, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities carried out under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed or used without your permission.

3. Subscription & Payments

The software may include:

• A free trial period as advertised.
• Monthly or annual paid subscription plans following the trial period.
• Optional charges for additional branch licences.

Subscription fees may change from time to time. Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice before any pricing changes become effective.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the software for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Upload or distribute malicious software or harmful code.
• Attempt to access another user's account or information.
• Reverse engineer, copy or reproduce the software.
• Interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the platform.

5. Invoice Accuracy

The software performs calculations based on the information entered by the user.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of:

• Customer information.
• Tax information.
• Product or service prices.
• VAT calculations.
• Discounts.
• Invoice totals.

We recommend reviewing every invoice before it is issued to your customer.

6. Tax Compliance

Our software is designed to support businesses in creating invoices consistent with common Sri Lankan business practices.

However, you remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including:

• Inland Revenue Department (IRD) requirements.
• Value Added Tax (VAT) regulations.
• Applicable tax legislation.
• Any other legal obligations relevant to your business.

7. Availability

We strive to provide a reliable and secure service. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Service interruptions may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance.
• Internet connectivity issues.
• Third-party service interruptions.
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Future Features

Features described as planned, future or coming soon may depend on government regulations, third-party services or technical feasibility.

We cannot guarantee the availability or release date of these features.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, logos, designs, documentation and source code remain the intellectual property of Infinikey (Pvt) Ltd.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, licence or resell any part of the software without our prior written permission.

10. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the business and invoice data you create using the software.

By using the service, you grant us permission to securely store, process and transmit that data only as necessary to provide and improve our services.

11. Service Changes

We may add, improve, modify or discontinue features, functionality or services from time to time to enhance the platform or comply with legal and operational requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinikey (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits.
• Business interruption.
• Loss of business data.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the software.

13. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions.
• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
• Fail to pay applicable subscription fees.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
